This Guidelines & Fair Use Policy ("Policy") describes pricing, credits, refinements, and client protections. It is incorporated into the Simsurveys Terms of Service.
1. Standard Pricing
$1,000 per project — Includes one full synthetic dataset aligned to your specifications.
- One included refinement run per project — Free of charge, limited to minor adjustments.
- Additional runs: $500 each — For broader edits, multiple refinements, or comparisons.
2. Refinements vs. New Projects
Refinement Run
Adjustments to wording, quotas, or banner points; cannot change more than ~10% of questions.
New Project
Substantially different questionnaire or objectives. Always billed as a new $1,000 project.
3. Client Assurance Guarantee
First project only. If your first simulation does not meet expectations, the $1,000 fee will be applied as a credit toward a refinement run.
- No refunds. Credits only.
- This guarantee is limited to credits and does not constitute a warranty of accuracy.
4. Consultation and Support
Data Review Consultation: $500 per 45-minute session with a Simsurveys expert.
Enterprise Support: Custom pricing available for dedicated consulting and advisory services.
5. Best Practices & Transparency
We publish white papers, case studies, and benchmarks to guide clients on best practices.
6. Fair Use
- Clients must not abuse refinement runs or credits.
- Projects must remain within the scope of normal research usage.
- Simsurveys reserves the right to deny credits or refinements in cases of abuse.
7. Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
